How do I subscribe to Danish News in English as a single subscriber?

Select Sign up for Danish News in English and sign up for either a month or a year. There is typically a trial period included.

How do I subscribe to a corporate multiuser subscription?

If you want a multiuser subscription please contact us by clicking here for the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your needs for a tailormade subscription.

How to login to the newssite for Danish News in English

1. 1. Select https://danishnews.ritzau.com/get-full-access-to-all-news

   2. Click/press login - desktop, select login to the far right
   3. 
   4. Click/press login - Mobile, select the burgerbar to the right and press login 

Forgot your password

Click forgot password? 

Same for both mobile and desktop

Then you will receive an e-mail sent to your login email. Use the link in the email and you will be able to take a new password.

How to get to the frontpage of the newssite when I have clicked on an article in the newsletter?

When you click on an article in the newsletter you are routed to the newssite page for the specific article. If you want explore more articles on the newssite just click/press the logo or 'To the front page' and you will be taken to the frontpage where you can see all the articles of the day.

I have a personal subscription and I want to unsubscribe

Select account in the upper right corner once you have logged in

In the next screen you select View Subscriptions in the bottom of the page

On the screen you can see your subscription 

To the far right you see three vertical dots - press here and you will be able to unsubscribe

The status will be changed to cancel, but the subscription will be available for the rest of the subscription period. You can see the expiration date to the right. Once cancelled, you will need to subscribe again to continue. 

I have a corporate subscription and I want to change some of my sub-accounts

If you are the admin of the corporate account with Ritzau News you can remove/add users (called subaccounts) yourselves within the limits of your subscription. You have several choices

• You can add multiple users by uploading a spreadsheet (csv file) to the system
• You forward a link to your employees and they can sign up themselves
• You can enter add/remove users manually one by one
